lint: Allow multiple spaces before key values

This is useful for imitating namespaced flags/enums:

```
const FooFlags = {
    NONE:    0,
    SMEAGLY: 1 << 0,
    SMOGLEY: 1 << 1,
    MUGGLY:  1 << 2
};
```
